Team Msg Board

Hey Riot! So I've made my own team and we've been playing together but we keep running into the issue of not being able to communicate outside of game practices and ranked times. I think it'd be really helpful if we could get some form of team msg board for team members to post on for the purposes of organizing the team. You've applied that the the Fantasy LCS leagues and I think if it was applied to teams it would open up the team aspect of league of legends for a lot more people.
