Riot is Too Soft!

This discussion is what the title says it is. Riot is too soft on their players. I'm pretty sure Riot and all of their players know that LoL's community has gone down to complete trash. Especially in ranked. These people know that their ranking means a lot to one player so they'll feed and troll on purpose. I can tell you that at least 80% of the games I have lost were because people think that it's funny to run in and just tower dive the other team for no reason and die. Or if they die once, they'll just say "gg" in all chat and just leave. Hell, last game I just played we had this Riven that received two great ganks from our Elise, but since Riven didn't get the kills, she decided to feed the enemy Nasus that could kill our team pretty easily. After that terrible, disgusting, toxic game everyone reported her. Guess what? I can bet you $50 that the player that was reported will received little to none punishment.

  I'm pretty sure you're getting tired of me ranting on right now so I'm going to get straight to the point. Riot, you're too soft on your players. The community is complete shit. You have to do something about it. I have come up with a very, very, very harsh system that will make no player want to troll anymore. This will need cold-hearted admins however. This should be an easy job, or do you sit back and cry when watching The Notebook?

  Pretty much it is a strike system. You get 10 strikes and when at least 4 players report you, the game results get sent to the team. The notes that people left will still show up and the admins should have the game recorded and saved so they can review what happened. If they see the intentional feeding and trolling then they give the player a strike. As an alternative, someone can record the game and send it to you via Support. If the troll did something that completely threw the game like just randomly feeding and leaving a game that their team would've easily won, then the troll receives two strikes.

10 Permabanned. (You have been banned enough times, no one wants to see you on their team anymore.)

Also one last note:

You should get a notification if your report went through and the person you have reported got banned because you're probably not going to see them again. You might as well know if your report meant anything. Anyways, you might not like my idea, you are free the argue as long as you have a point. I am not a soft person myself but there nothing I hate more than losing promotion because of trolls and I know everyone else can relate with that. Some of the things people do to ruin your game just makes my brain hurt and lowers my I.Q by the day. If you think this is too harsh, then well. Just remember this: Almost every smart & and pure person you meet come from a strict a childhood. If you have a suggestion to change one of the consequences then feel free to say it in the comments. You the right to comment whatever you want on my page, but obnoxious, no meaning comments are not appreciated. The purpose of this discussion seemed mostly to try to change the tribunal in my favor but it's not. I want this discussion to be known among players and Riot's staff because come on. Let's be honest. The only thing that holds me back from playing a game of LoL is just imagining what level of toxic waste am I gonna find on my team.
