Someone's gotta say it. The entire boards-system is implemented really well. Good architecture and well thought out core concepts. Just the concept of Rioter Rundown + such a tidy way to show riot comments makes me in the spirit of Krepo, moist (recently said in LCS broadcast, I think).

There is still much to be desired, though they might get some time to improve it in the future (especially after the client update is done). To improve your boards experience, you might be interested in the Forum Enhancer Kit (FEK), which provides additional features such as custom avatars, direct messaging, and player/board blacklisting.
Actually, i still would like the old forums, because now i only can browse Boards using my PC. And i really liked scroll style of the old forums.
Riot has really competent web designers.
