These new forums are not only visually terrible, but the organization is confusing and illogical. For example, I posted a response on a brand new topic, when my friend tried to find the topic not even 2 min after my post, he could not find it anywhere. This is just an example and by no means is it the only thing wrong with this new site.

I personally like the new boards, I think aesthetically it looks pleasing now and it's easier to browse through threads posted. However, I do agree, that some clarification is needed in forum organization (hot, best, new, etc.).
Problem with this board set up is there is no way to filter what you really want to see. So in turn you spend countless hours searching for what you originally wanted maybe finding maybe not but getting tired of looking and leaving the forum page aggravated and tired. To be honest I must say its a lot like there company motto at this point cause you normally leave league games feeling the same way.
I hardly ever come here, and I wondered if I had accidentally stumbled onto reddit. If we wanted reddit style we would go to \r\leagueoflegends

Recent is literally exactly what GD was. I'm confused as to why it's a horrific way to sort forum posts.

Adding a "search" option for GD would be a good start towards improving Boards.
The majority of posts are in GD, so it makes sense to add a "search" function does it not?
I could get past the aesthetics if it meant the organization was clear and easy to navigate. I think they got too cute with the 'hot best new recent' titles. Maybe it would be better to just have 2 categories: Best and New. Best being topics that have a lot of replies and follow forum rules. New obviously being the newest threads.
