Riot answers take forever
I understand employees are busy, however there has to be more than enough for answers to not take 24 hours inbetween messages. very disappointed with board/employee relations

I'm surprised Riot even interacts with the boards at all. This place isn't really worth interacting with.
its their community, if patrons aren't kept happy the game stops being so big. if the game stops being big they lose jobs/money etc
I'm not saying prompt. I'm saying faster than 24 hours. Theres plenty of people posting about it if you actually look. they have different roles. they have people that check boards/customer service. and theres engineers that work on the game. please check your facts before you speak uninformed.
