Let Down/Upvotes be public
It's been a while that I've seen posts beeing voted weirdly and since votes decide the discussion's visibility it would be right to see who are the ones up/dwon voting.

The only thing that would accomplish is fighting. People would see who disagreed with them and they would say racist, hurtful things that attack you on a personal level that will only make you wish you hadn't done anything on the boards to begin with....
