idea: community "faq"

i started playing LoL shortly before christmas last year (december 2012). i was quite fortunate to have run into a gold ranked player fairly early on, who helped me get the hang of the game and improved my gameplay 300%. (i seriously was about to quit playing because i was so bad and couldn't seem to figure out what i was doing wrong.) 9 months later, i still talk to my ranked friend (now platinum) here and there, and i've formed my own tight-knit group with whom i play regularly. i've passed on helpful info to many other players, and i've seen new players go from asking me for help to surpassing my skill to become ranked (i tend to keep my game casual).

i spend time on the forums, being amused by the posts of others, as well as trying to be helpful when i can. but i find that as my interaction with league evolves, i have more questions. and oftentimes attempting to find an appropriate place to ask them is sometimes more trying than the question itself. the new player area offers some amazing info, and many times i find an existing thread which is relevant. but there are times when my questions are more advanced, or have to do more with the league website than the game itself. i propose setting up an area that is a completely user to user question area, something like a 'frequently asked questions' where people can ask and answer the questions of other players without having to unnecessarily involve the official help & support team.

This would relieve a lot of pressure and spam from GD if it is implemented to the "old" forums too.
