how do I figure out what level member I am on fourms

It's equal to your in-game account level. In some cases, if you haven't posted on the Boards since leveling up, it won't match. Simply posting will update it though. Your current level shows as 30 to me.

If you want to know about someone else (or to see if the boards have updated your level), mouse over the person's name.
