Summoner icon section

Hey, I always thought that you could work a bit more at the summoner icon section. I think that it would be a nice idea to appear something about the icon when we select it. I mean, when we click on an icon to appear a text about it ( the name of the icon, the event from where we have it ). This would make the icons more important in players eyes and more likely to be collected.
