New to PBE... However

I am not new to LoL, however I am new to PBE for LoL. I don't understand that I can't use my things from my main account... I have to spend more money on getting new characters and everything. I really was looking forward to helping in PBE, but that doesn't mean I wanna spend my money on PBE when I can spend it on my main account. So Riot... WTF is up with that??? Makes no sense why anyone would want to spend his/her money on not there main account. Please help me understand.

uh.... I think you get like infinite RP and IP on the PBE... you may want to ask about this over at the PBE forums: https://pbesignup.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/pbe

First, please read the guidelines on the New Community Feedback page. This is not the right place for PBE-related feedback. :)

Second, there's no need to spend money on your PBE account. You're given a weekly stipend of IP and RP on the PBE, and it's easily enough to purchase every champion and multiple rune sets.
