Worst part about this reddit-copy for forums?
I could honestly get off for a couple days and come back to see the same exact threads on the first page.

Some people will complain about anything despite not taking the 2 seconds it requires to learn how to use it.
I like to think of it as the Facebook Effect. Every time FB makes a change to the layout or features, people complain a ton, threaten to leave, etc. And then they stick around because there's really no other option. It's going to happen here, too. People blindly hate on the boards changes while refusing to actually learn the features. They threaten that it'll kill the forums entirely. Everybody will leave. But that's pretty much impossible, because if you want to feel like there's a chance that Riot will hear your voice, this will still be the best place to try.
But what gets me even more is that many of the new features that were added here are ones that people have clamored for a long time to have added to the forums. Not to mention that there's been a lot of interaction between Riot and the community (at least those who were wiling to give it a chance early on) in developing the thing. There are some features on here solely because they were asked for by the early testers. And there's still more in development.

Have you been on reddit? riot employees live there because the majority of the people there worship any red name.
Just because there's no other option doesn't mean it's acceptable.
That's the most counter productive argument in existence.
It's basically translated to "deal with it, we don't care if you don't like it."
That's about the only widespread complaint that involves the complainer being ignorant and lazy.
How about we talk about crappy color schemes, the annoying side bar, the lack of ranked icons under a summers name, annoying reddit comment style, and the un-needed forced switch to these forums in the first place?
the worst thing is that it exists
you can switch to the new posts too. We would need an option to follow a thread though
Amen. This type of forum is horrible. If we wanted a reddit style of forums WE'D BE ON REDDIT. Fix this garbage, Riot.
Tears fully stacked
Part of that is, we don't have enough people posting here yet! When we have more people, we'll have more threads, so the same threads won't always be at the top!
I think the OP didn't watch the GD forum. There is no voting system for the OP and sorting goes only for recent (last replays like in the old GD) or new (the last created posts).
No reddit system in the GD board, but the good old forum system.
I think the worst part is that 90% of the guys that are complaining didn't even went to the GD part and look what changed and what didn't. Because it should be only one thing: The theme. (and that you can't up- or downvote the OP anymore)
