Remove level restriction on boards!

We all come here to talk, and to find out i need level 15 to be able to speak on GD? Are you fricking serious? Remove that stupid restriction, people have the right to speak.

It's because of smurf abuse that people use to get around board punishments, and bans, as well as those that would create a flood of smurfs to up vote/downvote farm, or spam reports on others.

We are open to feedback and are willing to discuss options, if you've got any ideas. Adjusting the level requirements is well within our power, but alternatives to prevent low level smurf abuse may not be.
