Refund Tokens (To riot)
I think that Riot should add a system where you can complete a task such as doing good in games or getting a certain amount of ip or something where they reward you with return tokens as a reward hope you keep this in mind.

By 'doing good in games' do you mean playing well or being a great community member?
The difficulty with refund tokens is that there's a balance between it being a great thing for the community and being a great thing for the company. I know it's strange, but Riot Games is a business; they need to make money and maximize the efficiency of doing so. I'm assuming that refund tokens either don't change revenue or actually increase it, and the easier these tokens are to obtain the less revenue the company can bring in.
Is there any reason in particular you need more than 3 refunds?
The fact that anything bought with IP will be bought eventually with enough game time makes me think that it would be a good idea to not allow refunds for IP purchases to prevent new players from refunded a 450 champ or anything along those lines. 3 refunds imo is perfectly fine, the only problem I have is how easy it is to waste one on something small and regret it immensely.

I think refund tokens should be purchaseable with IP and RP. There could be two types of tokens, IP refund tokens and RP refund tokens. IP refund tokens strictly refund champions bought with IP and RP refund tokens should have the same standard but with RP bought champions. And if Riot really wants to get detailed you could have a token for each IP price. Such as a 6300 refund token would be more expensive then a 450 refund token.

or just straight up give us some refunds :P
Or they can give refund credits whenever a player reach a certain amount of RP/IP (ex 10,000 RP = 3 credits) or something similar.
i thinks they should give us like 2 more refounds only or like every season they give us like 3 refound tokens ??
when i first knew about refunds i was like, oh cool, and i refunded garen........ (i was like 3 weeks into the game at the time) then i bought him again when i was more experienced :/
