Can you get permanently suspended back??

my account was stolen then i got it back and then i try to log on it told me that i was permanently suspended.Is there any way that i get my account back?? If i cant i might as well just quit the game. Dont really want to start over lol.

Have u tried contacting support and explaining the situation? I am sure if the hacker used your account on a different IP address it might validate your claim, that is unless they blocked their IP address.
