[Suggestion]: Sub-community Filter

Eventually you'll be adding more sub-communities as the beta progresses. When this is live a bunch more people will be posting so there will be tons more threads to sort through on the main page (the "all community discussions" page, which seems to serve as the main hub for this forum). People will probably not find certain sub-communities relevant to their interests, such as an off-topic sub-community for example. I'm sure there will be people who will come to the forums to discuss LoL and they don't want to see threads that aren't about the game included in the main page. Or perhaps people who don't care about fan creations (their loss, imo) and don't want to see those threads.

Is adding a filter so that we can control which sub-community threads we can see on the main page an option? While this wouldn't be very useful at this early stage of the beta, I feel like this would be a useful feature by the time this goes live.

@Riot: is this technically feasible and is it worth the resources to implement
