Suggestion: Poll Systems.

i would like to suggest a poll system perhaps fortnightly or monthly where players from all regions vote on a given list of quality of life(QoL) changes (Not big updates, just tweaks to the game such as ping counters etc) And definitely NOT "This Champ is OP, Pls RITO nerf" or "This champ is garbage, pls buff."

simliarly to the way Old School Runescape(OSRS) offers to their playerbase where every so often they give their players a list of things to vote on in a poll from skilling QoL, to Minigames to pking etc. You get the gist. but these are all ideas that the developers seem to be willing to do but instead of implementing blindly they check to see if the community wants it before committing time and resources to it. (I guess you could plug this into "Class Reworks" (Mage, Tank etc to see which role the community would be interested in seeing)

Now that i've covered the base of this "poll systems" It's implementation into the client is not something i'm well versed in, so don't ask on how that would work especially with the issues and fixes their doing to the new client.

Also for things to pass a poll on OSRS it needs to be 75% or greater, things have failed at 74.8% on the polls on OSRS and not been implemented due to not reaching 75%. - Now i'm not saying just because something passes it HAS to be put into the game immediately as this isn't feasible, but more added to a to-do list of sorts for Riot.

With this it would give players a choice of what we want in the game and also give Riot a way to voice ideas to the community before committing resources to a project that the community does not want or need and also gives Riot insight into the communities ways of thinking instead of just what people post on Reddit or other forms of social media.
