Login - Implementing the new ReCaptcha.

The current login system still uses the old ReCaptcha widget. Although I don't seem to understand why is Captcha needed for every login, the newer version of ReCaptcha could be used which is much easier to fill for humans and takes less time.

Pros:

1. Faster login.
2. Better for mobile users.
3. More secure.

Cons:

1. Rito has to implement it.

I know that this isn't only for boards but I couldn't find a better place for it.
