Tribunal Forms?
Are there no longer tribunal forums? (also the tribunal system doesn't seem to have been working I check the tribnal tickets section and it ALWAYS says "building more cases" has been saying that for months. )

Tribunal hasn't been active for a while. It is a huge shame because now Riot is automating bans like crazy without actually letting the community decide if someone should be punished or not.
I don't think we need a forum just for the tribunal, but I do think we need. "player behavior" forum. Team Builder discussion where?
Tribunal is dead, Riot only made one post and it isn't easy to find, this should be put to spotlight.
