PLEASE HELP!!!! Game crashed, and is stuck.

So me and my duo partner que'ed up in a game. And after the 4 minute mark. Both of us got a message of "attempting to reconnect". So for the past hour, we've been trying to reconnect. Restarting the client hasn't work. When I relog, it just says "The game has crashed, Please reconnect". PLEASE HELP!
