Why does Boards seem more racist than Forums was?

I think I've seen about two race jokes ever in the parts of Forums that I checked. And at least a couple dozen scattered all over Boards just now today.

Build it to look like Reddit, et voila you now have Redditor-grade posters. Next thing the LoL Boards regulars will have their own Alliance in Eve.

I saw 'racist jokes' all the time on the forums. You must've been on the wrong forums or something.
