Right now, since the community is still in Beta, they released it for NA only (since it's easier to host it locally since they are patching a few times every weeks). Pretty sure that they will either make it cross-servers or 1 per server eventually tho.

I mean being to able to use my EUW account to log into the NA Community, because Riot is significantly more present here.

Well, apart from IronStylus and community designers, there has been very few red posts up to now.

Otherwise, no, if there are 6 communities for 6 servers, you won't be able to log-in with your EUW account. but, there is the possibility they try to make 1 community for 7 servers, and then all servers will go to the exact same community, meaning there won't be a "neglected" community.

In every cases, you're better simply creating an NA account, leveling it to 5 and posting on NA forums :P.

NA forums are overflooded and its almost impossible to get into contact with a rioter there (besides of technical support i guess), i think this system works better and i think many people would enjoy it if there would be only one global Community

Well, for now that isn't the global opinion (or at least the global voice). However i do think they overreact based on how unfinished this beta community is.

This is basically all based on a turning point Riot is going through where they chose to let players in more and sooner into their experiments (team Builder, Replays and Communities are just the tip).

As for the "one to rule them all" community, I do agree. I would honestly be extremely disappointed if we had EUW/NA/EUNE/SEA/TK/etc communities.
