Could we atually buy RP for refunds?

Try putting this in Ideas & Feedback instead, this is the wrong place for this kind of feedback.
that's a bad idea because if you buy refunds with rp there's no point in refunding your champ or skin, just buy a new champ or skin with the rp that you would use for the refund.
