So.. I posted a "Champions skin concept/Idea" page, on the "Skins & Champion Concepts" Forums.... and they deleted it sending me a "notification" that It's in the wrong section and should be in... "Gameplay and Balance?"...

I checked into this for you and it looks like the second message was sent by mistake. The original message you were sent was because you had posted the same message twice on the same Boards section within a short period of time. Rest assured, the second message doesn't go on your record at all so that's not anything you need to worry about.
Skins & Champion Concepts was definitely the right place for your post though and you're welcome to re-post it there. I could un-delete it, but it would be 19 hours old and would be off the front page, so re-posting would allow it to be seen by people right now. By the way, I'm a huge fan of the idea of a Nunu throwing fireballs.
