wriggle lantern re-rework plz
Ok, I'm not going to lie, the wriggle lantern is good for jungling purposes, but here's the thing it has to be one of the most crappiest item on the item list right now. I mean, out of the 4 jungle items at this point, it has the worst. Now I see why u took the lifesteal away, 15% lifesteal at 2k gold is just too op and can easily be accessed even if the player is behind but completely taking it away is not exactly making the item a whole lot of purposes. You take away the ad from the item too and replacing it with Attack speed. ok honestly, at any stages of the game, I can confidently say that Ad>As unless u're vayne but who jungle with vayne? Like uh, no one.... and lastly you nerfed the armor..... ok I don' have too much problem with this at all because 5 armor is not really gonna make much of a difference because the wriggle wasn't suppose to give you an insane amount of armor. so with taking the lifesteal away, u buff the passive maim by giving it 10 hp restoration on hit... ok that is like buying 2 Doran blade on melee right now, and the sustain is by no mean good so compare to the 15% lifesteal, it has been nerfed so hard. now, I don't have any problem with the ward placement from the item because it's really good for counter jungle and saving you a free ward and getting to camp faster if you're just so happen to mastery yi or junglers that way go over wall through target ability. and the one I dislike the most.... the new passive.. I like how it gives 40% bonus gold on monster, not minions, monster kill.... ok, riot I may not be the smartest guy in the world but I can tell that if you're making an item and it has a purpose of helping jungler who just to farm from monsters to get gold but it actually make jungler go to lane and steal minions, than you're not doing a good job by any mean... not I like the concept of getting 140% gold from killing monster but that really doesn't make a crap load of difference because let's face it not all monster give you the same amount of gold... I mean considering how by the time u get this item it's already mid game the gold gain should compensate for the lack of not having minions in lane.. now I just get frustrating wit clearing camps with this item because when u kill monster with this item equipped, blue and red and Wight gives you like 30 extra gold which make me happy... but that was like until I get to kill the small lizard which gives me like 4 extra gold -_-... ok this post is very long, I know so to avoid u guys from getting bored... I will post my suggestion below :D
so that no other champion would possess it.
-limitations passive(this passive should be added...):
due to the new passive to monster above, if u guys afraid of 5 different wiggles on each team and gold hoarding from everyone just give the item of the limitation of allowing only one champion to use this item really...

for the life of me, I can't figure out why u would replace 15% lifesteal with 10 hp restoration so I guess u can just bring back the lifesteal for like idk 10% and gives 5% to the madred's razors.

ok this should only be applied madred's razors because of the 5% lifesteal that is added to the item, it's armor should be nerfed to say like 10 or 15 because 700 gold is too good but if u want to keep it and make it op, be my guest :D.
-maim passive:
I think or this item u should just remove the 10 hp restoration on hit because with 10% lifesteal this thing is kinda useless but if u want to keep it.. again.. be my guest because this item is not even gold efficient despite the price reduction stat-wise anyway so....
I think the ward is fine so u don't have to change it if you don't want to....
