The spread out Community

As more and more server come out the community is getting more spread out and cut off each from other. In some of them Riot is less active and in others it is more, is there any chance the Community could become global platform with it's own respective categories for specific servers and languages?

For example I wanted to post here but first I had to make a new account as I'm from EU, if I could even 'guest' here it wouldn't be that bad either!
