Experiencing a problem with boards.

Hi, for about a couple weeks now my board layout has changed. When I go to a board thread, I don't see replies, just posts. There are replies in the post, but it's hard to see who they are talking too and whatnot, because they look like regular posts. I don't know how to fix this.
