Where do I do Team Recruitment???

As of right now until if/when we get a Clan and Team Recruitment Board, the proper place for those types of threads fit in Miscellaneous.

Exactly my question, man. I relied on the Clan Recruitment forums for finding new ranked 5's members. It was the only reason I ever visited League's website.
