Ban this player PLEASE

I have been playing this game for about 4 years now and this is the first time I have felt the need to post something about it. I was platinum 4 at the end of season 3 and i was being harassed by a player that was a diamond at the end of season 3. This is the message that he sends other players.

So if you don't want other players to spam add you to friends so they can leave you these comments lets start banning them, thank you.

Naming and shaming are not approved of on the forums, nor is this the proper manner in which to file a grievance. Please remove your post or edit it to remove the players name. You need to either use the in game function of reporting or you need to take your screenshots and file a ticket with Riot through Support. Witch hunting is not accepted on the forums.

Normally I'd report you for making a thread of this. But that "bronze" statement of that particular rage kiddy got me on edge. I'd now like to crawl through the internet cable and slit his throat.
