Jesus Christ take a minute to realize what they have done for this game. It's not like any game ever would actually do EVERYTHING the boards ask. All you guys do is complain even though you love the game and quite frankly if you dont love the game stop playing and posting stuff in the boards that is negative.

Can Riot do everything asked on the Boards? No. But they do use it for feedback on what the community wants and doesn't want.
No game is perfect but if nobody pointed out what was wrong then Riot would not know how to make their game any better. Getting feedback from your players is extremely important, because they are the ones playing your game and the ones giving you money, and players will leave if they feel like they are being ignored and are not cared about.
Quit whining and think before you post.

If you log on and look to see the boards all it is, is jibberish...... bring back solo q solo q solo q or freaking outlandish crap that you know can't be done. No, that's just the stuff you focus on. I've seen plenty of positive stuff. You seem to only be looking at the Gameplay boards and even then there's still positive stuff here.
And why shouldn't people complain? They have every right to. Some people like the game so much they've spent money on it, and people who play in general have every right to give feedback. If most of the community is unhappy about something it is important that Riot sees it.
The more people that like your game = more players = more money and more publicity
Once again, it is important that Riot hears from players, even if it is negative, because without players there is no game. There are a lot of issues with Dynamic Queue, a lot of Rioters have said it is not good. Also, the way they handled the whole Solo Q situation was really not good and I can see how players are frustrated.
They said it would be worked on, waited months with nothing said about it, then come out with "oh yea we aren't doing it and haven't been working on it"
So I can see how people are frustrated, especially when Dynamic Queue is not a good system to be playing ranked on. There have been a lot of problems this season so getting feedback right now is very important if stuff is to get better.
