Weird .pdf Bug

Something I noticed in a thread I posted in earlier, I linked a .pdf file for a manual to a tablet, and it showed it like it was either a picture or a video (an animated .gif maybe?) and the picture box was that of a broken link and there was a play button in the middle of the next line of text. Now if I clicked either they would both work, but it looks weird. I've replicated this in both Chrome and Firefox.
