[Idea] A new gamemode for League of Legends

You should make a new game-mode called Sandbox. Sandbox is a game-mode where you can have 99k gold to start with, editable stats (such as turning your AD to 14362) and all items on, this may only be enabled for custom games, up to 1-4 players max. What I mean by all items, I mean all the items from Twisted Treeline, Summoner's Rift, Howling Abyss, and Crystal Scar. You can also spawn whatever, whenever during a Sandbox game, Poro(c), Minion, Monster or epic monster. You can choose to spawn a baron in front of a tower, 50 Poros in a lane, or else Minions fighting off the baron (If that's possible.). You can de-spawn monsters, minions, poros, etc. as well to prevent lag.You may also disable minion waves, make towers invulnerable if you're the host. Lastly, the players can summon champions (Referring to bots) in-game, can be idle, aggressive or defensive. This can either be on Summoner's Rift or a new map, the game-mode is enabled time to time throughout events or patches, or permanently enabled on Custom games. This can also be enabled to buy for 1200 RP for a month/week, or 3810 RP for a year/perm if you choose to. I think this will be a great idea. It gives that idea to try out new tactics for the players, test out item builds or just for fun with friends. What do you say Riot?
