Jinx rocket crit
Is Jinx's "Q" supposed to do full aoe damage? I believe i read somewhere that it is not supposed to. If not, Jinx's Q, her rocket launcher, does full crit damage for the aoe portion of the skill. Non-crits do the correct percentage.

shearmanator1 votesIt is meant to deal full damage to everyone hit, and the damage is calculated one time with one crit roll for the entire attack. I dont know where you heard any of this information, but it is false
