It's garbage, total garbage. Don't fix what isn't broken. Go back to the old Forum page, which was a lot easier to navigate.

Constructive.
The old forums ARE broken.
Riot is doing active development on this platform, but around half of their resources are actually going towards keeping the old forums (in other regions) from breaking all the time, which is one of the reasons development is slower than I'd sometimes like.
Plus, they can't make any new features for the old forums. Think how long it took them to get something as simple as your in-game icon to appear on the old forums. It was like, 2 months (or maybe more). Here, they could do that in 2 weeks.
Instead, why don't you say what parts of navigation are confusing for you? Then we can try to figure out how they could make it better.
