More boards for better forum organization

So my first day on the forums and the first thing I experienced was trying to figure out where the correct board to place my 1st post was and nothing really matched up well. After a quick look over the content and descriptions of the Misc and GD boards and I can't tell the difference between them and notice how cluttered they both are with posts of the "chatty" nature and other randomness. I also sense frustration. People who are trying to help the devs that, like me, were forced to post in GD or Misc are getting lost in the mess of chatty posts leaving people feeling ignored.

I think these boards may need some tweaks to help get the "chatty Kathy's", as I like to call them, out of the way of those trying to suggest things to the devs that do not fit into one of the other categories. I imagine it could be as easy as adding a few more boards or making one of these two boards a little more descriptive to help differentiate between them as they are pretty similar currently.

My 1st post concerned a suggestion for the client so I think that might be a good board to add on here for starters. ;)
