I think there should be an ability to petition things in league of legends.

If there is enough "signs" then riot's art, balance, (whoever it concerns) team has too look at it and give us there feedback on it; also if they will do it or not.

I know that is what polls are supposed to be but I feel like it doesn't do enough.

Examples:

EKko needs mana cost, sign if you agree. Gets X signatures. Riot game play person writes. "That is a good idea, we should do that." or writes " We didn't give it mana because he lacks Y"

Veiger changes are terrible and he is going to be useless sign if you agree.

I think this would really benefit the community - Devs relationship that Riot has been lacking for quite a while.

These downvotes gives me an idea.

You should also be able to counter sign. Like your sign removes another persons sign.

I think our world is so overwhelmed by gofundme and change.org crap that more petition crap is clouding the important items in life that get shunted by the crap.

So, I'm not sure what petitions would add, that votes don't already do.

  • In what case would I sign something and not upvote it?
    • In what case would I upvote something and not sign it?
  • In what case would I counter-sign without downvoting?
    • In what case would I downvote without countersigning?

The only difference that I can see between votes and signatures is showing the person's name on it, and honestly, who reads people's names on petitions except the person receiving the petition, to make sure there's no duplicates? (and riot already knows there's no duplicates because 1 account = 1 vote)
