Rengar's Upcoming Rework

Hey fellow summoners, just want to have a discussion about the so called rework of Rengar. For those who have been keeping an update of what they plan to do, would you consider it as another nerf to Rengar? I like to go for the play style of Rengar/Assasin top but, I can see him falling late game as an assasin. No longer can you stack ferocity and be able to single out targets late game and imho I can see one of the "fun" of his play style becoming less of who he is. And now for bola to be purely a skill shot, it's most likely it will hit creeps giving no more constant harassment at top. Honestly, I'm not liking what they plan to do. Please riot, stop messing around with our Rengar.
