sever connection fail
please help me fix this problem, like when you login it says the "sever did not respond". and how to do fix the problem on mac laptop and take a look at the screen shot

Open the Mac's default internet browser, should fix it right up.
In Windows this issue is fixed by opening Internet Explorer, not sure what the equivalent is in Mac, sorry. :(
