Stop complaining about Jinx huge steroid

I think that you will see that Jinx attack speed, even after her steroid is not that strong when compared to the other ADC. It is strong, but it comes at the price of range, and that her ranged attacks are incredibly slow. This seems like a far and balanced trade off. People need to stop assuming that she is OP because of that 130% steroid. She will be strong in lane, and in midgame, but she will fall off much harder than other ADC in the late game.
