Where do I post about a bug?

I posted a discussion about a bug to Champions and Gameplay because well that's what it was about and then it got deleted saying I should post it in the Help and Support boards... Where are the Help and Support boards? I can't find them anywhere. I really want to help out but if you don't give me the option well it isn't going to happen.

Are you referring to a bug not related to the Boards (this forum platform)? As far as I'm aware the Help & Support forum on the Boards is actually restricted to NA users for some reason... :/

That being said, you could post it here if you'd like.
