it'd be nice if the boards (especially recruitment) had sub categories for ranks, or time zones, or both (others?)

also maybe have the posts auto delete after a week or 2 ..

Sub categories are planned, though I'm not sure how many years it will take.

I have no idea why should posts be deleted after a while.

I heavily disagree with this unless it were implemented with the express intent of facilitating equal-skill matching (like you mentioned with recruitment). Overall I think it would be pretty negative to have boards where only certain ranks could post.
