Team Builder Feedback

In the few games I've played using the team builder, I've noticed sometimes it bugs out or you get an error. Also, is it really a 1hr wait for someone to click the ready button? However, I find it a great alternative to blind pick since everyone gets the role that they want. In party mode, is it supposed to say I'm invited even though I'm the one who created the session? http://imgur.com/yt8NtNa
