WHAT THE HELL!!!!
I've been promoted to Bronze 4. Yet, I still get paired up with the bronze 5 bads. Why?
Why even bother ranking up if you are still going to be paired with a gaggle of flippin idiots that have little to no skill?

You are getting paired with people based on your MMR, your ranking doesn't really mean anything it is more of just a visual appeal for the player
It may be Bronze 4, but it's still Bronze Rank, so you'll still be paired with those in Bronze. Nothing you can do about it but get out of Bronze rank.
And if it matters, not everyone in Bronze 5 have no skill. Most of us are stuck in Bronze 5 because of trolls, afks, feeders, so on and so forth. So before assuming everyone in Bronze is horrible, you should feel sorry for those in Silver, Gold and Plat yet still have to deal with the trolls, feeders and afkers that should be in Bronze 5.
