Suggestion: Live play-by-play

If we could get some kind of text-based live play-by-play feature, I think that would be helpful. Sometimes when I'm sitting in class and it's easy stuff/review or when I'm just waiting somewhere, I don't want to have to watch stream on my phone to be able to follow the game. Sometimes I want to follow a match while playing a game like League, SWTOR, etc. but it's too much to do both at once. My desktop only has 4GB RAM at the moment since a stick died.
I was thinking about something similar to what the NBA has. Take a look at this example page: Heat vs Spurs Game 5. Scroll down and look at Play-By-Play. There is a record of the important parts of the game and it's updated live. Screenshot for the lazy. It could be put on the LoL Esports website. Right now there is just the Twitch tab but next to it could be the live Play-By-Play.
For LoL it could include things like kills, assists, towers, inhibs, buffs, dragon/baron. This way we can still get an idea of what is going on. I know it won't be as exciting as seeing the action live but sometimes I just want to know what's happening. I could say the same for basketball, it's nowhere near watching the game but for just following along it's decent.
What do you all think about this?
tl:dr Something like this but for LoL: Screenshot for the lazy.
