crashing launcher problem!

My lol launcher keeps crashing after a few hours. I cant even play a single game, forcing me to leave the game. I probably got banned because of that problem. I can not even log back in at all, meaning It wont even show the Lancher thats says "Play" on the bottom right corner. It just says "League of legends" loading, after awhile I click on it it says "Not responding" someone please a staff, unban me pls first and then fix the problem.
