Change the Ranked System

I'm here to speak for many league players that have the same problems as I do. The concept of this game makes it so that when a team is fed, they will most likely dominate the game. Add that fact to the fact that some people are so unbelievably bad that they shouldn't even play the game to begin with. Unforutunatly, nothing can be done about bad teammates.

Although I'm about a mediocre player (Bronze I), it frusterates me to see others either doing really bad or not caring enough in ranked matches. If i kept up my effort and skill -which has gotten much better-, I would definitely be in silver but others drag me down with them. I try to carry a team that is obviously losing, and yet they also never agree to a surrender. Because of this, I've recently been demoted to Bronze IV.

I only ask to possibly give people a second chance or some solution for the people suffering in bronze or silver that obviously don't belong. I don't deserve it or anything but I've never been given the opportunity.
