If I wanted to experience the torture that is Reddit, I'd just go there
There's no need for an unoriginal and hideous site such as this one when one already exists. Instead of creating something innovative or improving the existing forums, Riot would rather copy-paste Reddit's style only to have it fail anyways.
Problems:

Unoriginal: Why come here when Reddit does the same thing and is actually used consistently?

Resolves nothing: I'm disappointed that Riot is choosing to develop this rather than upgrade their forums and not adding features that other forums have had since VBulletin was created.

It's hideous: There's no way around it, the majority of people find this style to be extremely unintuitive, disorganized and unappealing.
0/10. I'd give you a 3 for effort, unfortunately Riot is not intelligent enough to actually react to criticism and have anything productive come out of it. Example: Pendragon.
