level required to post

recently i made a post in the boards feedback and it was deleted (fairly too because it was in the wrong topic) but the reasoning behind it was because there was nowhere else that fit my description, but now i realise, it was because there is a level criteria. Which is absolutely ridiculous, if i'm a new player, asking for help or advice, i would like a place to ask for it, rather than thrown down poop creek and beaten down at the throught of asking for a paddle. So here's an idea, how about a board dedicated to new players, to ask questions and ask for help should they need it, i think this would be a much better way to help new players get their heads around the game. just my two cents
