Its funny how people automatically think they can behave as they please when they play vs bots
' i don't care' is totally RIOT's fault,because they punish no one,that's why people behave like this.

Not sure I understand what's happening. Can you actually "feed" the bots (does it matter)? And how is "feeding" the bots punishable?
Normally I'm happy to have people die to bots to reset gold bounties, but I am biased to feeding ON the bots.

What exactly is the problem here.? He has no reason to worry about your issue with the game mode. Hence him not caring.
Well.. depends on what he doesn't care about.
Once you played the game for a little while, its really hard to loose against bots. Even if they fountain dive and die a few times.
