Surely you were typing a lot (whether it was directed towards a player or not) and that's why. I'm gonna say right now though, anyone who feels the need to say aloud "gonna report you" deserves to be punished. There's no point in actually telling someone you're going to report them, that's just harassment... Just report them, simple, no need to brag about it.

yeap. asking for reports is typically used as a spring board into harassment and generally shunned upon within the community.
that said, why would you need to ask for reports in the first place? 1 report is all that is needed to flag the system to review that game.
