Arclight Velkoz UI bug

I couldnt get it on camera but for some reason when velkoz with his skin used his Q while i was in top lane at the end of the match i got a huge yellow and black UI effect in my screen that didnt wanna go away and it cost us the teamfight and game which kinda pisses me off
